Kill bad habbits not people

Eroding an evil depends on your way of handling the execution. Some people think that punishment is good way to control evil. Some think that understanding and realization is right approach.

I am in a small village name Shri mahavir ji. This comes under Karauli district. yesterday I saw something very interesting. In district Karauli, we had a particular area which is really dirty. This was dirty because shopkeepers of that area used to dump scrap on a particular area. This was being a problem for laymen.

Now Mr. Neeraj Pawan (district collector) comes there to solve problem. He is a quite young person. He takes one practical approach. He forces to all near shopkeepers to clean that garbage. This takes 1-2 hours hard work of shopkeeper. this is how they understand how much garbage we have dumped and how much dirty it is.
Now I am sure from very next time they will think 10 times before dumping a scrap.
